Santa Barbara Polo Club - Located in the picturesque Carpinteria foothills, you don't have to be a member to enjoy world class polo in a stunning setting. The Santa Barbara Polo Club hosts prcatices and tournament games throughout the week from April - October. The public is welcome on all of these days. Most recently the club was in the world news for it's visit by Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Prince William played at the club as a member of Team Royal Salute.

Carpinteria city pool - Visitors are welcome to swim at the wonderful community pool at 5305 Carpinteria Avenue, just a few blocks from Linden Avenue. Plenty of activity for kids, seniors and adults.
